To truly understand where we are headed, we often need to take a moment to reflect on where we came from. Here, I'll share a bit about my journey and how my life experiences can help you achieve your goals.

 

My Foundation: Carpentry and Craftsmanship

My story begins with my roots in carpentry, working alongside my father. In this environment, I developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and precision. The mantra "measure twice, cut once" became ingrained in me, teaching me the importance of a meticulous and hands-on approach to learning. This foundational experience in apprenticeship shaped my perspective on problem-solving and skill development that remains with me today.

 

My Passion for Teaching and Learning

Upon entering college, I discovered a passion for tutoring students of all ages. Sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for learning, I realized that education requires a dynamic and holistic approach and there's no "one size fits all" method of teaching that will be effective for students. Each student is unique, with their own set of goals and aspirations, and it’s crucial to tailor teaching methods to meet these needs. This approach led to exemplary results for students I've tutored and instilled in me a love for connecting with others and helping them unlock their potential.

Academic and Professional Growth

My passion for learning and helping others propelled me to earn both a bachelor's and a master's degree in electrical engineering. These milestones opened numerous opportunities for me, including a role as a compliance engineer at Underwriters Laboratories. In this position, I honed my technical skills and gained valuable insights into engineering standards and practices.

 

A New Path: Law and Beyond

Several years later, I took a bold step and entered law school. Afterward, I became an attorney at one of Manhattan’s top law firms, specializing in financial restructuring.  The best way I can describe what a financial restructuring attorney does is that we are financial surgeons that dive into "sick" companies that have non-sustainable business practices and liquidity concerns - then we help to resolve these issues in a bankruptcy proceeding to allow those "sick" company a chance at a brighter future.  This role provided me with a solid foundation in the legal aspects of various fields, enhancing my ability to navigate complex issues and become solutions oriented, instead of problem focused!  "There are no problems, only solutions." - John Lennon

Embracing the Future: AI and Blockchain

Currently, I am deeply immersed in the fascinating worlds of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Technology. Through my exploration, I’ve come to realize that we are on the brink of a monumental societal shift, one that will surpass even the transformative impact of the internet revolution!   While I gained valuable perspectives in both my engineering and legal careers, today, I am more passionate than ever about helping to educate the public and serving as a valuable resource for others as we adapt alongside this massive transition into a brighter future.
